We will be having our regular communication on March 11 at 7:30 pm. We will be voting on petition of Gerald Poiter and reading our lodge audit report this meeting. As a group we will be hopefully going to an O’s game this year. We also hope to vote on our bylaw changes at one of our communications either in March or April. There will be light refreshments after each meeting.
On March 26 the lodge will assist the West Towson Neighborhood Association at their annual Easter Egg Hunt held on the athletic fields behind the Bykota Senior Center at 611 Central Ave in Towson. Interested brethren should arrive ready to help at 8 a.m. and plan to stay until around 10 a.m. Our Junior Deacon Chris Moy will make his appearance as the Easter Bunny around 9 a.m.
We will have our regular communication on April 8 at 7:30 pm. We will be conferring the Entered Apprentice degree on Gerald Poitier. We will be voting on the changes to our bylaws this meeting as well as taking up GMW. There will be light refreshments after the meeting.
We are going back to Y Healthy kids’ event on April 30th to sponsor a MD CHIP table. The event will be from 10am to 2 pm. We are fortunate to have 5 to 6 computers for this event, so we will try to have a table at both the Towson and Parkville Y locations. I am asking for anyone who is able to please help out your lodge this day.
Our lodge will join Mt. Moriah, Concordia and Tuscan Lodge on the day of the Statewide Open House on April 2nd by hosting a Chili Cook Off at Mt. Moriah Masonic temple starting at 12 p.m. For anyone who enters a chili the cost will be $25 to compete. There is no cost to taste. I hope that many of members, friends and family will join us for fun and fellowship.
